Pentart products are top shelf media imported from Europe
Water-based, thick gels that dries either transparent or opal matte. Perfect to create structures, use for raised stencils or to use as a glue for mixed-media projects, adhering metallic embellishments. Bonds to any surfaces strongly, can be colored with the Transparent Pigments. Gets flexible when dried. Mix with Pigment Powders or Mineral Powders for many special effects.
